Contesting an H1B Decision

My H1B was denied. I had gotten it because in business analysis, a high school degree wasn't enough. I did get an MBA in the United States and worked as a business analysyst. Currently, I have 6 years of IT experience. Would it be worth it to contest the decision? Also, if you could provide me with a lawyer who has much experience in these situations. I have spoken with a couple of attorneys who want me to hire them and they assure me they will get a decision in a month and a half in my favor but I am unsure how experienced they are so it would be great if you could help me obtain a good one?

You will want to find an attorney with a lot of experience with H1Bs. There are many attorneys in AVVO that can help you. Any attorney that you find will need to review everything that will be filed including the denial letter, your job description, and your degree. It is usual a good idea to file the case again and appeal the denial.
