I am currently in US but overstayed for more than 180 days. I know this might trigger a 3 year ban after I depart from USA unfortunately.
What chances do i have to get an approved waiver of inadmissibility for the H1b I have?
Though my stay was not intentional I actually misunderstood whether i need to refer to I-94 date of I-797 approval notice expiration date for my validity of stay, will I have any issues?

We can't determine anything just by posting the facts. We will need proofs for everything. Many courts have already recognized that US immigration statutory framework is notoriously complex.
