Can I invite my brother to USA 1st time on visitor visa and next time on H1B?

I work in US on H1B visa. I am plannin gto invite my brother from India for my son's cradle ceremony. He is planning for few week's visit and then next year planning to come on H1b.
Will that be a problem?

If everything is interpreted properly, he will comply with visa terms and it will not negatively affect h1b
