Is transfering H1b before visa stamping possible?

My H1b through companyA is valid till March 2014. My family (wife and kids) came in April 2012 on H4 dependent their I94 is valid till March 2014.

My visa is still with companyA but I moved to companyB after h1 transfer in Spet 2012 and new visa is valid only till Jul 2015.
But companyB had spelled my last name wrongly in I-797B approval notice.
Upon requesting to change the name, company-B and filed a premium request this time and got it corrected. They have approved it until Jul 2015.
I need to go to India in Nov 2013 and return on Dec 2nd week of 2013.

Questions -

1. Should I go to visa stamping in India for company B
2. Should I dependents also need to go for Visa stamping in India?
3. What are the documents we need to  carry while returning to US from India trip if stamping is not needed for us?

None of you need stamping if you still have valid visa. You may travel with the new approval documents and the new company appointment letter.
The  officer will approve visa at the port of entry with your new company name.Make sure that your H4 visa do not expire and file for extensions appropriately.
