I have a approved H1-B extension and travelling India on vacation soon. I will have to get visa stamped before travelling back to US. I am told that there is a Interview Waiver Program using which i and my dependent spouse do not need to go to Consulate for Interview and I or my employer can just send the docs to Consulate and it will be approved. Please give me some details related to this IWP program. My old visa got expired last month and stamping in India i plan for January.
