Hi All, I am working for employer A, currently on project. My H1B visa 6th year is ending in September 2014 my employer didn't filled my PREM. MY PWD was approved two times but he didn't filled my LCA and he is paying my payroll+half of my perdiem. which mean he is holding some of my money every month. He is also holding my i797, i129. Now if i want to call DOL i can do so? if he revoke my h1b, do i have to leave the country rite away or do i have some time. i don't want to leave the country now but i will leave the country in August or September. As i don't have any option except to leave country before September. if i want to stay on h1b.
