My H1b was terminated by old employer. My new employer neither started paying me nor gave me the offer letter, just filed my H1B.
Since I do not have any offer with the new company, I won't be able to start my payroll until the job is mine and until I am billable by their clients.
However, I only have a copy of H1b transfer reciept which was accepted.
How long can I stay without offer letter and without the payroll on H1B?
