I am planning to start an IT services company while I am on H1b Visa. I know I won't be able to work directly for my own company, but can only be a passive investor.
However I would like to know more inputs over this issue. Is there any way I can work on any part of engineering/developmental activites in my company?
I would like to schedule appointment if there are work arounds. Through this venture i am having a partnership with USA based startup companies to form new company.
Please advice.
