Question on LCA and H1B

Question

I work in Raleigh, NC and my employer has sponsored my h1b and LCA.

I work out of home office in NJ as my family stays here. My wife will pay taxes in NJ and I do in NC. However, we jointly file the taxes and pay both the tax fees.
Will this be an issue since my LCA is from Raleigh, NC?

Check with your employer if they can approve 2 LCAs for different states.  Your company attorney should be able to guide you well.
