My LCA was filled as $61,797 , where as FLC Data Center talks about $64,813 year
Anyway, I thought , I will be getting Base : $ 61797 + COLA : $ 5500 = Total $ 67297
But my employer is only giving me Base : $58600 + COLA : $ 5500 = Total $ 64100
They told COLA is part of Wages(i.e. $ 61797) .
Can you please tell that whether wages includes BASE + COLA or COLA is additional on Wages.
