LCA valid for using twice - filing h1b and renewal?

Question

I have my h1b valid just for few more months and my employer is planning to extend it.
My LCA was issued to 3 years back and so was my h1b. Now even for LCA i have same number of months left.
If I apply for renewal before h1b expires, can I submit old LCA or should the company request for new LCA?
