I am a H1b visa holder since 7 years thorugh employer1 and trying to transfer to employer2.
1. Is my H1b still valid with my employer1 if I get RFE from Employer2 during the transfer?
2. Is there any chance I can still continue working for employer1 even if the visa transfer with employer2 works fine but the validity duration is lesser than what employer1 offered?
