Can social workers/special educators apply for h1b Visa?

I am trying to figure out if I can apply h1b visa right after my graduation and other certifications if I pursue Masters in Social Work / Masters in Special Education. Can someone please guide me?

Whether it is social work or special educator, it is a H1 B job. However, details of the job do matter. But social work does need a Bachelor's degree in social work and usually does qualify for H1B.
