Will it cause any issue for GC if I am employed with Company B seeing that I don't have paystubs from company A?

Company A is H1b approved and I have 2 paystubs from them. Company B offered me a job and they have applied for an H1b number in which I have the receipt number for. Then Company C offered me a job and they have a H1b receipt number that they gave me. A week ago I went back to Company B which I have no paystubs for. Company C applied my H1b status as of Company A.

You would want to talk to company B's attorney and ask them this question. You will also want to talk to an immigration attorney  for another opinion or you may not want to talk to the companies attorney because it's not free. But everything shouldn't be free.
