any new changes or increment in H1b visa limit for 2014? how it'd going to be? any predictions on lottery again?

I'm looking at the possibility for 2014 H1b slot.. expecting n hopefully, there will be a increment in H1b visa limit this time for 2014. If you've any latest info and predictions on lottery for 2014, please respond me.
