USCIS H1B document approval and dispatch time

A relative of mine had applied for H1B and got approval on Aug 30,2013. But the employer is still complaining that they haven't recieved his approval documents from USCIS.

Can someone please confirm how long will it take for the USCIS to send his approved documents?

Your employer needs to wait usually for 2 weeks to recieve the approved documents.
