I am a Java developer with 6 years of experience. I have not been to US before in any kind of visas. I am now looking for moving US for career. I registered in many job portals like h1base.com, h1bexchange.com, monster, naukri, timesjobs indeed, careerbuilder, simplyhired, ziprecruiters, dice, linkedin etc but the response is zero. Most of the job posting come up with 'sponsorship not available' clause and so I am not wasting my time there. My current company does not have onsite opportunity. I am not in a position to afford money for consultants who charge atleast $5K or more for filing petition as I am not able to check their genuineness.
I am having experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, JavaScript, Angular JS, DOJO, Web services, HTML, CSS, PL/SQL, Unix areas technically.
Though many job postings which says sponsorship available require these skills , I am not getting response. I don't know what is the mistake I am doing from my side. I actually started to look at another countries but there also response is poor. I spent money for resume display services for gulf under wisdomjobsgulf.com but that site has literally disappointed me with no responses. I have lost Rs.9900 on that site trusting their fake promises
I am trying from November 2015 and the response really makes me frustrated. Can anyone of you who succeeded in getting a sponsor, help with people like me on where and how to find sponsorship and get selected without having to pay even a single paise from our pocket. Please share which job portals gets responses for the resumes?
