I had a query regarding H1B visa. I had applied for H1B visa last year via a Consultant B. I work for Company A in India. I got I- 797C Petition approvedfrom Consultant B. I am still working for company A in India. I have not joined Consultant B and i dont have any Pay Stubs of Consultant B. I have never travelled to US before. Stamping yet not done. I had below queries -
1. Can i transfer my petition to Company A or any other employer? I dont have any Pay stubs from Consultant B as i am not working for them yet.
2. If i go for Stamping via Consultant B and my visa gets Stamped. Can i transfer my petition to Company A or any other employer? I dont have any Pay stubs from Consultant B as i am not working for them yet.
