I was working on h1b visa in USA. I resigned in August this year and thus they withdrew my h1 also in the same month. I came to Canada as PR and living here since. I have still 4 years left on my h1b. Now I am getting an offer from another USA employer and I need to enter into USA on h1b once the transfer is done.
I would like to know how long I can stay outside USA without affecting negatively my H1b visa? Is there a time limit to stay out of country if you want to get back on same h1b? My h1b was withdrawn in August 2015 so its been 4 months since I have been out of USA and h1 not active with any employer. Please guide.
