OPT Extension and H1 application at same time

My 1st OPT expires on july 2014 and planning to apply H1 on April 2015 Quota and my question is if i apply for my OPT Extension and H1 on APRIL 2015 Quota, can i go to INDIA at end of APRIL or do i need to wait till OCTOBER if it picks

You should be fine to travel on OPT as long as you return to US before your OPT expires. You should take all the necessary documents with you like employment verification letter, pay stubs and i-120 etc. Please contact your International advisor to get more information about your case.
