my H1B case is approved. can i shift to toher company. as i have an offer frm other commpanies.

Hi

i work for X company. My sponsor is from USA and my h1b case is approved.

Here in my country, i got offer from Y and Z companies. Can i change company and start working, later go n attend interview of h1B?? or shall i stick to same company X and attend interview for h1B?

any problems arise? am in dilemma

does the interviewer ask y did i shift when my case is approved or will again send it to uscis for verification, which will take time?

please help me

Is ur H1 sponsored by X Company?

If yes - X company is liable to sue you for changing employer without working for then in the US. If X company goes to court then your H1 can also be cancelled.
