In this situation, can company B start the H1B transfer on October 1st with company A's most current paystubs?

I currently work with L1-B and during the current year my company proccessed H1B which was approved last week. I do have my I-797 document. Company B is okay with the situation and wants to process my transfer right away.

You will want to talk to Company B's attorney but you will not be able to start the transfer process unitl October 1st, 2013.
