I am planning to start a small WEB based matrimonial site in India and My friends are designated as fulltime directors and I will be a passive investor / sleeping director for thr firm.

How the Taxes & investiments tracked? I will pay all the taxes in India & I am also ready to pay taxes in USA on my global income.
