h1b approved and need to file B1

Question

Hi ,

 
I have a H1b approval  for a new employer and need to go for stamping by end Nov 2013. But my current employer wants me to attend a training at US and is in an event of processing my B1.My current employer does not know abt my H1b.
 

Will it lead to any problem for my H1b as down the line in 1 months i am planning to quit my job with the current employer and proceed with my new employer.

Can i get my B1 stamped and travel for training to US before i get my H1B stamped.

Kind of very confused. Please help me with your replies.
