Can a B1/B2 visitor visa holder can apply for F1 visa as soon as he arrives?
lets say B1/B2 visitor arrive on oct 10th and the university has a deadling for Change of status on 20th oct for Spring Sem can he apply for that ? or do he need to wait for 60 days before applying for change of status to F1 visa.
Are there any chances of rejection? What if the COS is denied , can he continue his stay in United states on B1/B2 ?
What if it's COS is approved , does he need to get his F1 visa stamp when re-entering USA..?
