Hi, One of my friends is coming to the U.S in Spring 2014 on F1 visa. He was affected with Tuberculosis and had taken medication for nine months previously. His doctor confirmed that his medication course is complete and he just has Latent T.B now. Please let me know any precautions that you know as of what he should be taking before entering the U.S. Thanks in advance.
