Hi friends,

I am a 2007 BE passed out.  I flew to US in Fall 2008 with F1 Visa and due to health problems I struggled a lot during my time there. I tried to finish my MS but I got really sick in my forth semester during which I flew back to India. I though I can go back to complete my studies but due to family problems and health issues I couldnot go back. However I got a job in India with a fake experience on my resume.

I have been working since early 2011 and everything is hunkydory. in 2013 My employer tried to process my Visa but scared of my history, I somehow escaped from applying the VISA.  This is year I am again given an opperchunity to apply again for H1B which I dont want to loose.

But I am really concerned about how my history could impact my career.

1) During initial processing , I should answer the question which is " have you traveleld to US before ?" " If yes, what Visa?" "What was the duration?"

I am really scared of this question. Seeing this only I didnot apply  for Visa for the first  time.

I am not worried about getting a Visa or not. I am more worried about existing Job.

What should I do in the situation. I am sure dont apply is the best thing. But I dont want to miss the opperchunity and willing to risk a little bit.

Please give me your suggesstions and  Ideas to avoid complications.

Thanks,

Best Wisher.
