Question

I am currently doing my Masters in computer science in University#1. It would take one and half year to complete my masters in the current university.

Hence I thought of tranferring to another university#2 where I can complete my studies in one year by chosing another major MS in CSIT(computer science and Information technology)

Now when I google the rankings, I found Univ#1 ranking is some what better than Univ#2 ranking,

My question is, will I get any problem during my H1B process if I do so?
