Hi Team,
Glad that this website gives ample of information regarding H1b. My H1b application is picked up in the lottery this year, its has also been approved and is under post approval discussion according to the USCIS website. My employer(consultancy) also shared the i-729b letter scanned copy with me. Now, please let me know how to proceed further like when I can apply for the interview. Also help me out with all the important documents that I need to get from my employer. Am so scared that I heard most of the candidates who hold less than 3years of experience will be rejected in at the interviews. I have 2.10 years of exp at the time of application and now I have 3.1 years experience. What are the cances of my visa rejection? Also please help me what all the docs I need to get from my employer and how to get ready for the interview. Please help me out with the perfect procedure of documentation and interview answers to get my visa stamped successfully. This H1b is all for me. just cant imagine to get rejected Thanks a ton in advance.
