Visa denied with Employer-1. What information will be needed to apply for Visa, next year, by Employer-2?

My employer AAA had applied for an H-1B for me in April 2013. After an RFE, I was denied the Visa. Now, I have resigned from AAA and shifting to a new employer BBB. Please help me know what are the documents/information that I should ask AAA to provide which will be needed if BBB wants to apply for a Visa for me in 2015.

You would just need the receipt copy of the denied H1B.
