Now, I got a situation:
As I am looking for a change; during the process of finding a new employer who can hold my H1 and start GC sponsorship ASAP. I have recently got an offer (1 year contract) and has to chose an employer who has no history of filing H1 so far.
Is it too risky? Emploer saying that he has all the documentation he needs to sponsor and by the way he is direct vendor to the client. He also mentioned that he has 4 more direct clients. He also has 10 US Citizens directly on W2. He is paying taxes for last 10 years..
Please suggest with your experiences or thoughts on this.. to decide:
