I am holding a stamped H1B which expires in Nov 2014 and my cu. I would not be able to travel to US before Nov so My Employer A plans to Apply a L1A in Jun 2014. Can I apply for a H1B with Employer B on my own? would this multiple different type of visa from two employers affect the chances of approvals ?
