I have a following situation to go stamping. Please advice:
I am employee of A ( Desi consultancy) . I was contracted by B ( Like Infosys, TCS) for their implementation project. I have to travel to end client ( Reputed Hospital) 5-6 times monthly through company B. My employer have filed LCA on both locations. End client doesn't give me client letter, I consider itsfine as I am being paid by Implementation partner and they are ready to give letter.
My questions
1. How to construct a sentence in letter that I work in two locations - One is end client location and other is implementing partner, with out being pushed by VO for end client letter.
2. My employer says it won't be problem with out end client letter as we have work with implementing partner. Is it?
