I am currently waiting to hear about the status of my H1B filing for the FY2015 and am currently working on my OPT extension that expires in July, 2015 for a construction firm in Seattle. I want to know if the company applies for my green card in the next 1 year or so, can I stay back and work here till there is an adjudication on my Green Card application in case I do not acquire H1B this year or the next one?
