Incorrect date of birth on h1b extension affecting green card application?

Question

H1b was approved in 2012 and I-94 had wrong last name of mine. My company said they will take care of it when they file I-140. Last september 2012, my I-140 was approved.
Later, I had to file adjustment status I-485.
I am anyways concerned that because of the incorrect DOB on my documents can cause problem with my I-485 which might lead to the denial. Please suggest.

Wether it affects or not, you should be keeping all your records updated correctly, why take any risk?
