I am working on H1B in USA, My H1B get processed last yesr in oct 2013 and i started working in US from Nov 2013 onwards. Now i got an offer from another company and they are willing to file H1b transfer for me, is there any possibility to get H1B Transefr rejected by the USCIS since I have not completed 6 months in US and doing H1B transfer.
