Currently in US on L2 visa. Working in IT consulting firm as HR Coordinator. Have 5 yrs of HR experience. Have a Bachelor's degree in Science and Master's degree in Computer application from India. Have successfully completed a 1 yr certificate program on HR management from a community college in US. Am I eligible for H1b visa? What are the chances of my H1B getting approved?
