If I dont get through lottery still will I get reciept number, basically i want to check if consultancy really filed it or not.

Nope you wont get receipt number if its not selected but You might get a receipt number if your application is selected under buffer cases.

just one more question the consultancy is asking 1 year contract is it enforceable on us?
