Hi, Currently I am in my 6th year of H1 (max out in Dec 2014) and my employer is not filing GC for me. In this scenario, I am thinking to switch to F1, work on Opt for an year or so. After this, Am I eligible to file a new H1 ? What other options I have if I would like to stay in US after Dec 2014 (My Wife is working and she is on H1) ? Appreciate the suggestions
