H1B Transfer from Home country ?

Question

I had H1b from X employer I visited US and come back to my country for same X employer. Now I have switched employer now I am at Y employer. I am at my Home country my H1 is active sponsered by X. Can I transfer same H1 to Z employer and can I come back to US ?
