first name and Last name swap in my approved petition

Last year August I travelled to USA and got all the documents SSN,Driving license correctly in usa.I am planning to go to India this month .There is a first name and Last name swap in my approved petition.Will that be any issue during my return back to USA at port of Entry?Please share your thoughts here?

Ask your attorney to file a amendment requesting a name change in your Petition.
