I am going on vacation abroad for 10 days during the gap of leaving Company A and joining Company B. My H1B transfor for Company B is valid and approved. Will this be considered out of status?

Traveling aborad would not be considered "Out of Status". However, if you are resigning, H1 will not be valid anymore and new H1 will not be considered a "transfer" until you get it stamped before returning to work
