I'm in my 6th year of H1B and would like to recapture 4 months of my H4 spent time before applying for 7 th year of extension based on 1 year of labor pending. Can I apply extension to recpature those 4 months of H4 time? If not how can we do that?
It depends on when you were on H-4.
