Family based GC is in pending state and my h1b expires in 2014. I am planning to extend my H1b based on i-140.
ALso, I am applying GC for my wife in Novemeber. This case is not yet approved.
SO, if i get rejected on H1b extension from USCIS as I have AOS pending, what will I do ?
ALso if i get h1b extended and in a month if i get GC approved, will that void my h1b>
