I have an US H1-B Visa from my previous employer.
The petition I-797A is an approved petition.
Notice date : April 2008.
Valid from : 04/01/2008 to 05/31/2010.
I have left US in December 2009 due to personal reasons and havent travelled back to US since then.
Am I eligible to apply for an Out of Cap Category H1-B visa with this approved petition ?
What is the last date till which I can apply for this Out of Cap Category H1-B visa ?
Will this be a FRESH H1-B visa for 6 years ?
