My H1B expires by dec 2013 and i haven't travelled to U.S since stamping.Does it have any impact on extension.What is the timeline for H1B extension?

i am not sure butr extension is available only when r u in client location........or else lot of questions needs to be answered .I suggest better to talk to u r attorney......
