i have an rfe on my h1b and changed clients but my employer is still the same.My employer said that they have to file lca and ammendment and reply with the documents before my rfe date .But currently the Dept of labour is closed to process any RFE and my rfe date is end of this month.What should i do?

Will i be able to reply to the rfe based on the old client?

You need to file new lca and amendment and your employer should reply to rfe. Your employer has to include information about the new client. I would advice you to contact an expert immigration attorney.

But with the dept of labour being part of the shutdown how is it possible to file the LCA?
