Initiating h1b transfer by joining new employer if H1b transfer is rejected by previous company

Company1 started h1b transfer under normal processing. After resinging and joining another company I got h1b transfer reciept.

 

If company1 sponsored h1b is rejected then -

1. Will i be able to start h1b processing freshly

2. What would be h1b transfer status?

3. How long is it possible to stay in the country?

No. Only other employer can, provided you are in a valid h1B status when the new petition is filed or the government agrees to grant nunc pro tunc.
