If one gets a cap-exempt H1B (university job) and later finds a job in for-profit private sector, can that H1B switched or become subject to cap again?
If you file concurrently with the cap-exempt H-1B then iit is Ok but if you switch employers to cap-subject employer then you are subject to the quota and will be counte.
