Will a foreign owned LLC registered in Texas sponsor my h1b?

I have started working on OPT.
The company I worked for is a LLC whose single member is a foreign company. The LLC has registered in Texas in May 2012.
My question is whether the LLC is eligible to sponsor my H1B in 2014

Sure, an LLC can be the sponsor ... if they have sufficient assets, other workers on payroll
